Son of Mian Yousuf Saigol, who is one of the pioneer industrialists in Pakistan. The family was originally doing business in Calcutta, then moved to Pakistan and installed one of the largest textile mills in Faisalabad (formerly lyallpur) i.e Kohinoor textile mills and thereafter went into multiple businesses. Also set up largest chemical complex at Kala Shah Kaku and were founders of one of the largest banks in Pakistan i.e United bank limited. Have provided technical and management services to the government of Libya, government of Somalia and government of Tanzania for the running of their textile mills.
Mr. M. Zeid Yousaf Saigol is the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He holds Bachelors in Science (BS) in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University USA.He is a Corporate Governance Certified Director under Directors Training Program. He is also on the Boards of Pak Elektron Limited, Kohinoor Power Company Limited and Saritow Spinning Mills Limited.
Mr. M. Murad Saigol is the Executive Director of the Company. He did his graduation from School of Oriental and African Studies, London UK. He is a Corporate Governance Certified Director under Directors Training Program. He is also on the Boards of Pak Elektron Limited, Kohinoor Power Company Limited and Saritow Spinning Mills Limited.
Mr. Muhammad Omer Farooq is a Non-Executive Director on the Board of KIL. He did his M.B.A (Finance) from Al-Khair University (Lahore Campus) and ACCA Part-1 from England & Wales. He joins Saigol Group of Companies in 1992 as an Accounts Manager. He is also on the Boards of Kohinoor Power Company Limited and Saritow Spinning Mills Limited.
